Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill at Palace Station Hotel & Casino is igniting football season with a “Silver & Black Smash Kickoff Party” where Vegas’ biggest football fans can get up close and personal with the action, getting the chance to smash a car decked out in the rival team’s blue and gold colors with a sledgehammer. This electrifying event will start at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8 in Palace Station’s parking lot.
After unleashing their energy on the Los Angeles-themed car, fans can head inside to cheer on the Vegas team with kickoff at 1:05 p.m. With over 30 HDTVs, Vegas team merchandise giveaways between each quarter and a chance to win tickets to the first hometown game of the season against the team from North Carolina, the party will be a must-attend event for local football enthusiasts.
Throughout the game, guests can take advantage of the “Ultimate Tailgate,” an all-you-can-eat package for $29 per person featuring stadium favorites like potato skins, warm pretzel bites, Tailgate nachos and the Tailgate burger, available on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season, starting on Aug. 31. The beer and cocktail menu come through like the team MVP with a vast selection of beers, including hard-to-find brews, domestic favorites and local craft selections, and specialty cocktails, such as the Hall of Famer made with Woodinville bourbon, Stirrings old fashioned bitters and cinnamon, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate. In addition to the football action, fans can challenge their friends in games like pool and foosball.
Tailgate Social is open 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday; noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday; noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday; with happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
