Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill, located at Palace Station Hotel and Casino, has unveiled two exceptional additions to its dinner menu, available now. In addition, Tailgate will introduce an exciting weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday beginning in September, complete with bottomless cocktails and irresistible eats.

Tailgate Executive Chef Marquita Duren has developed two delectable additions for dinner, including a lobster roll featuring fresh poached lobster tossed in Tailgate’s house-made lemon aioli served in a toasted brioche bun, priced at $21; and a prime rib French dip, thinly sliced prime rib with white cheddar cheese and house-made horseradish cream on a toasted pretzel roll with a side of au jus, priced at $17.

Starting Saturday, Sept. 2, Tailgate Social will serve brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The brunch menu will feature an array of enticing options, including chicken and waffles, four buttermilk waffles paired with crispy wings, accompanied by cinnamon honey butter and bourbon syrup, priced at $15; breakfast burrito filled with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, tater tots, pico de gallo, arbol salsa and cheese, priced at $15; steak and eggs featuring a New York strip steak and served with three eggs cooked to the guest’s preference, priced at $29; the Big Daddy breakfast sandwich, a brioche bun stacked with maple sausage patty, fried egg, bacon, American cheese and blueberry aioli accompanied by tater tots, priced at $16; and the Tailgate breakfast plate including an ensemble of two pancakes, two eggs and two pieces of sausage or bacon, priced at $15.

 

For the ultimate brunch experience, guests can revel in mimosas, priced at $8 each, or bloody marys, priced at $9 each. The brunch cocktails add to Tailgate’s tantalizing lineup of signature cocktails, like the Thirst & Goal, made with Aperol, Martini & Rossi prosecco, grapefruit juice and rose water; and the Fumble Rumble, prepared with Botanist gin, ginger, blackberries and lemon, both priced at $15 each.

 

A high-energy sports bar and grill serving approachable American cuisine with contemporary flair, Tailgate offers the perfect backdrop for social gatherings, boasting more than 30 HDTVs throughout the venue, in addition to interactive games like pool, foosball and video poker machines.
