Su Casa Sushi Launches New Menu Focusing on Asian-Inspired Flavors

Su Casa, the hidden sushi bar nestled within Silverton Casino Lodge’s Mi Casa Grill Cantina, has unveiled an exciting new menu. Helmed by expert chef Shayne Galan, Su Casa blends trendy and traditional Asian coastal cuisine with bold Latin influences.
The refreshed menu stays true to the high-quality, fresh flavors guests love while introducing an expanded selection of Asian-inspired dishes. Among the standout additions are usuzukuri, a delicate preparation of thinly sliced fish, and an inventive take on tacos, served alongside truffled furikake fries for a unique fusion twist.
Some of the other new menu highlights include:
- Spam masubi – Available classic ($6) or deep-fried ($7)
- Thai green papaya salad – Made with green papaya, heart of palm, green beans, grape tomatoes and roasted peanuts ($13), with the option to add chili garlic shrimp or tempura soft-shell crab ($10)
- Lava flow poke bowl – Spicy tuna, kanimi crab, chili garlic crunch, chili oil, green scallions, masago, furikake tempura crunch, and a choice of matcha green tea soba noodles or white rice ($25)
- Baked salmon roll – Tempura salmon, salmon sashimi, avocado, gobo, garlic bake sauce, crispy potato curls and scallions ($18)
- Firecracker roll – Shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, avocado, Cajun salmon, habanero ponzu and togarashi crispy fried onions ($20)
- Sexy salmon signature nigiri – Topped with avocado, lemon slice and chili garlic ponzu ($17)
To complement the bold flavors of the new menu, Su Casa is also introducing a selection of handcrafted Asian-inspired cocktails, including:
- Wasabi margarita – Casamigos Blanco tequila, Joyo yuzu, wasabi syrup, yuzu juice and Kalani coconut liqueur ($18)
- Honey Dew You – Roku gin, sake, Midori, lime juice and Calpico melon ($16)
- Lucky cat – Grey Goose essences strawberry and lemongrass vodka, Amoretti dragon fruit beverage infusion, yuzu juice, and Fever Tree blood orange ginger beer ($18)
