Exclusively for the brunch launch on July 18, musical duo Sorry in Advance will perform live at Sticks Tavern from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A special Aperol spritz cart will be onsite handing out samples to guests.
Executive Chef Trevor Garrett and Culinary Director Jordan Camacho have curated a decadent brunch menu featuring brunch classics like stuffed French toast and eggs Benedict in addition to Sticks Tavern exclusives including:
- Chicken in a Biscuit featuring Sticks Tavern’s house-made rotisserie chicken and cheddar baked in a large seasoned biscuit topped with a sunny side up egg and housemade schmaltz gravy ($12)
- Pork Belly Sandwich complete with pork belly, eggs, and cheese sauce on a locally baked bun served with home fries ($12)
- Breakfast Poutine made with Nueske’s bacon, fresh-cut rench fries, mozzarella, house-made rotisserie chicken gravy topped with a fried egg ($10)
“Our guests loved when we rolled out weekday breakfast last month and with football season right around the corner, it seemed like a no-brainer for us to add Sunday brunch to our menu,” said Garrett. “We had a lot of fun creating this menu and we hope our guests enjoy it just as much.”
Brunch wouldn’t be complete without day drinking. Spend Sunday sipping on curated cocktails like Ancho Chile Margarita ($12) made with silver tequila, Ancho Reyes, agave nectar, and fresh lime juice or the Sticks Boulevardier ($12) made with Vegas Golden Knights bourbon, Aperol, vermouth, and garnished with an orange peel. Sticks Tavern is also serving up multiple bottomless options including mimosas ($24); beermosas ($24) made with Montucky Cold Snacks, amaretto, and orange juice; Bloody Marys ($24); and Aperol Spritzes ($29).
The locally owned and operated family-friendly sports bar located directly across from the Henderson Silver Knights’ Lifeguard Arena is open seven days a week, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. For more information, visit stickstavern.com and follow on Facebook and Instagram.
