STATION CASINOS GIVES BACK TO VETERANS IN NEED WITH $20,000 DONATION TO SHARE VILLAGE
Station Casinos team members hosted a volunteer event and check presentation ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 10
Station Casinos team members, many of whom are veterans, came together to show their appreciation for those who served in the Las Vegas community with a volunteer day paired with a $20,000 Donation at SHARE Village 2 just in time for Veteran’s Day.
“This town really supports a lot of the things we do, but Station Casinos is in a category all by itself with us,” said Arnold Stalk, Founder of Share Village. “This is our eighth year with Station Casinos, which we are very grateful for.”
Team members, including veterans from the casino company, spent the morning volunteering at SHARE Village by handing out food from the pantry to those in need. Following the volunteer event, team members gathered to participate in a check presentation ceremony to provide SHARE Village with a donation of $20,000.
After the check presentation, volunteers set up a lunch for the residents of the SHARE Village community. Station Casinos strives to give back to its community in every way possible, and this event was one of many that has been hosted this year to continue their efforts.
