Sham-rock and roll into Clique Hospitality’s Las Vegas restaurants to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. To honor the Irish holiday, Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson, and Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill, located at Palace Station Hotel & Casino, will feature specialty cocktails and drink specials exclusively on Sunday, March 17.

Borracha will toast St. Patrick’s Day with green draft beer upon request, plus offer specialty cocktails with an Irish twist from 4 to 10 p.m. The libations, priced at $14 each, include an Irish margarita made with Jameson orange, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple and a Tajin rim; the Shamrock Sipper crafted with Jameson Black Barrel, strawberry liqueur, champagne and lemon; and the Dublin Mule, featuring Jameson orange, pomegranate juice, ginger beer, lime juice and garnished with an orange wedge.

Available exclusively on Sunday, March 17, Bottiglia will offer specialty cocktails inspired by the holiday. Priced at $18 each, the fortune-filled libations include The Irish Charm, crafted with Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla vodka, espresso, complete with a Lucky Charms rim; and Dublin Down, made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Fever Tree ginger beer and lime juice.

At Tailgate Social guests will be able to drink up the luck of the Irish with green draft beer available upon request, priced starting at $7, plus specialty lucky libations priced at $14 each, including a Dublin mule made with orange Jameson, pomegranate juice, ginger beer and lime juice, garnished with an orange wedge; Irish coffee made with Jameson, espresso, simple syrup and a cinnamon stick; and an Irish slammer featuring a pint of Guinness with a shot of Jameson shot. With St. Patrick’s Day coinciding with the announcement of teams invited to the college basketball tournament, guests may try their luck at Tailgate’s “pop a shot” game for a chance to win a complimentary shot of Jameson.
