TAKE FLIGHT AT THE SPRINGS PRESERVE’S BUTTERFLY HABITAT
Fall seasonal exhibit slated to open Saturday, Oct. 5
Witness the fascinating dance between free-flying butterflies, the plants that sustain them, and their important role as pollinators in the ecosystem as the Springs Preserve presents its seasonal Butterfly Habitat, open Saturday, Oct. 5 through Nov. 25.
Featuring species from throughout the Americas, the Butterfly Habitat is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as temperatures allow. The last admission is 15 minutes prior to closing. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and special event availability.
Entry into the Butterfly Habitat is included with general admission to the Springs Preserve and free to members. Tickets can be purchased in advance at springspreserve.org. General admission for Nevada residents with ID is $9.95 for adults, $4.95 for children ages 3 to 17, and free for children 2 and under. Members receive early entry at 9:30 a.m.
