FOOTBALL SEASON
The Big Game Watch Parties – Sunday, Feb. 4
The South Point Showroom, Exhibit Hall and Grand Ballroom will host watch parties for the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 4 with doors opening at 10:30 a.m. Throughout the football game, guests will enjoy food and drink specials, including $25 Buckets of six with a choice of Budweiser and Bud Light in Aluminum Bottles, and $5 glasses of SKYY Vodka, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal and Don Julio. Food specials include ($1) Hot Dogs, ($1) Popcorn, ($3) Pizza Slices, ($5) Pulled Pork Nachos, ($5) Chicken Fingers, ($5) Chicken Wings; ($5) Hot Sausage and Peppers Sub. In addition, South Point will place additional wagering stations inside or near each of the viewing parties. For the quickest and easiest way to place bets, guests can log onto the Nevada Sports Books app from anywhere in the casino. All viewing parties are free and open to guests 21 and older.

The South Point Showroom welcomes Bobby Slayton, known as the ‘Pitbull of Comedy’ for his brash and intense performances that will have guests laughing throughout the entire performance. After performing stand up for the last 30 years, Slayton’ roles in films such as “Dream Girls,” “Wayne’s World 2,” and Woody Allen’s “Wonder Wheel” have elevated him as one of the most respected standup comics in the business.

The Atlantic City Boys will take over the South Point Showroom with their old school sounds that are sure to have guests dancing and singing along all night. Wes Winters takes over the Grandview Lounge and will dazzle audiences with his exceptional piano playing and vocal abilities on Friday and Saturday nights in January and February from 6 to 9 p.m. Winters will treat guests to a night of smooth, lounge style jazz, allowing audiences to unwind one moment and sing along the next. This event is free and open to the public.
“Dirty at 12:30” with Gabe Lopez – Friday Nights Throughout January and February
Gabe Lopez and the South Point present “The Dirty at 12:30” inside the South Point Grandview Lounge every Friday night throughout January and February from 12:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Prior to the show, guests are welcome to enjoy live music from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the Grandview Lounge as well. This show is not for guests that are easily offended and cannot handle dirty raw comedy. SPAZMATICS – Saturday Nights Throughout January and February
The SPAZMATICS will party away to the best of the 1980s in the South Point Showroom every Saturday night throughout January and February. Tickets are available for $5 or guests can purchase a “SPAZMATICS Party Package” for $10 including one ticket, one drink and reserved seating.
