South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa is set to host the CINCH National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Stallion Stakes from April 3 to April 13 in the Arena.
Get ready for ten days of thrilling equestrian action at the CINCH NRCHA Stallion Stakes, where the nation’s top reined cow horse competitors will battle it out for a historic payout of over $1 million in prize money.
This premier reined cow horse event will showcase elite 4 and 5-year-old horses from the NRCHA Cow Horse Incentive Program, competing in snaffle bits and hackamores. This event tests the horse’s versatility, precision and ability to handle cattle with skill and control, making it one of the most exciting disciplines in the western performance horse world.
In addition to the world-class competition, attendees can browse an incredible selection of vendors featuring some of the top Western brands in the country. Whether you’re looking for cowboy boots, western apparel, tack or unique artisan goods, the Stallion Stakes shopping experience is not to be missed.
Best Night to Watch – Open Finals, April 12
The highlight of the event is the Stallion Stakes $600k Showdown on Friday, April 12, where the top riders and horses will go head-to-head for massive prize money. The action kicks off at 5 p.m. with the Open Cow Work, an adrenaline-pumping event that showcases the skill, speed and heart of these incredible equine athletes. By the end of the night, one champion will emerge, taking home a payout of over $100,000.
