South Point Arena and Equestrian Center Welcomes Olympic Riders to
The Las Vegas National Horse Show
Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Las Vegas, presented by Interactive Mortgage, will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19
South Point Arena and Equestrian Center welcomes back The Las Vegas National Horse Show Tuesday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 20, with the action-packed $100,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Las Vegas, presented by Interactive Mortgage, on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Horse jumping fans, and even the jumping novice, will be treated to an evening filled with exciting competition, live entertainment and more.
Kicking off the evening, guests will meet each rider as they are introduced to the cheering crowd in the colorful Parade of Nations. After, the audience will enjoy pre-show entertainment by the innovative and exciting Playing by Air, delighting fans with their incredible acrobatic talent inside the arena. Spectators will witness gorgeous horses jumping giant obstacles with immense talent and grace in the World Cup qualifying competition as riders navigate the challenging course. Those who jump without fault will compete in the jump-off, a test of speed where the fastest horse with the fewest faults will lead the victory gallop. Following the beautiful awards ceremony, fans will have the opportunity to meet their favorite riders, Olympians and more during a special autograph signing.

Blenheim EquiSports, producer of the event, has played a major role in bringing the sport of show jumping to Las Vegas.
Guests will have the opportunity to witness a group of the world’s best show jumping competitors as they battle for the win and valuable World Cup qualifying points. Competitors include Brazilian Olympian Eduardo Menezes, as well as American Olympians Rich Fellers and Will Simpson. Additional riders slated to compete include Americans Peter Lutz, who won the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Las Vegas in 2015; Jessica Springsteen; Georgina Bloomberg; Audrey Coulter; and Enrique Gonzalez of Mexico. Each of these riders has earned top victories in recent months leading up to this competition.
Tickets for Saturday’s event are available here for $20. Competitions on Wednesday, Nov. 15 through Friday, Nov. 18 and Sunday, Nov. 20 are free and open to the public.

ABOUT THE LONGINES FEI WORLD CUP™ JUMPING NORTH AMERICAN LEAGUE
The North American League is one among sixteen taking part in the highly successful and global FEI World Cup™ Jumping series, which has been in existence since 1978. This season includes 115 qualifiers in 43 countries, leading to the star-studded Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final in Omaha, Nebraska from March 29 – April 2, 2017.
A minimum of $2.4 million prize money is up for grabs across the North American League series and the chance to qualify for the jackpot of more than $1.4 million on offer annually at the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final.
