The 2024 Big Game Day matchup is finalized and for the first time, Las Vegas will be hosting it on Sunday, Feb. 11. For a city that will be more than prepared to host a major sport spectacle, so will the city’s hospitality, projected to be more than 300K visitors. SOL Mexican Cocina, located at The Forum Shops, will be a restaurant ready to capture foot traffickers who are headed to or from Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino’s sportsbook with their extended brunch and happy hour.
Located at the bottom of the spiral escalator, the restaurant will be a spot to stop in and enjoy the extended Happy Hour, which will be honored from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. all Big Game Day weekend, offering menu items like Street Tacos (2 for $13), $8 beers, and $11 House Margaritas. In addition, for someone looking for a baja-fresh brunch, like SOL’s Huevos Rancheros and Tropical Tableside Mimosas, SOL Mexican Cocina’s brunch will be served daily beginning at 10 a.m.
