Grab some friends and spend the longest day of the year at Cabo Wabo Cantina, the rockin’ bar and restaurant from recent Hollywood Walk of Fame star recipient Sammy Hagar. Featuring an outdoor patio with panoramic views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip that is one of the best people watching spots in the city, the popular cantina features a menu of Baja-inspired cuisine and killer cocktails, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and Santo Tequila. Guests can split a skillet of the popular fundido de queso con chorizo, made with a blend of Oaxaca, asiago, provolone and Cotija cheeses, topped with housemade chorizo, or they can indulge in Sammy’s tequila shrimp, made with Baja shrimp and Cabo Wabo tequila-sauce. Those looking to bask in the sun can also sip and share a pitcher of Sammy’s Toasted Colada, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, or any of the many margarita options on the menu made with Santo Tequila. Cabo Wabo Cantina is open daily at 8 to 11 a.m. for breakfast and 11 to 1 a.m. for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
