Raise a glass to National Margarita Day with a twist at Proper Bar inside Proper Eats Food Hall, located on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino. This year, guests can enjoy an elevated, alcohol-free experience with the Golden Hour Margarita. Crafted with Almave Blanco, a premium non-alcoholic agave spirit, this refreshing mocktail is complemented by the sweet tang of prickly pear syrup, the zest of fresh lime juice and a touch of agave nectar for the perfect balance. For those craving the classics, Proper Bar also offers traditional margaritas, made with Patron tequila, triple sec, lime and agave.
Located at the heart of the casino floor at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, CliQue Bar & Lounge is known for its mixological masterpieces. Among those is a “fresh” take on a margarita – the So Fresa, So Clean. A sweet and spicy blend of Tres Generaciones Blanco tequila, Aperol, watermelon juice, strawberry syrup, agave and lime juice, rimmed with Tajín, it is a delightful balance of sweet, tangy and mild heat, priced at $18.

The buzzworthy Amaya Modern Mexican at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is officially open, just in time to celebrate National Margarita Day. With its vibrant atmosphere and coastal Mexican cuisine, Amaya quickly makes a name for itself—especially with its impressive margarita menu. Featuring 818 Tequila, the margaritas include exciting options like the Agua de Vida, a vibrant blend of 818 Tequila Blanco, Cointreau, passionfruit syrup and lime juice that offers a tropical escape in every sip. There’s also La Llorona, a smoky, spicy concoction with 818 Tequila Reposado, Ancho Reyes liqueur, Cointreau, ginger syrup, lemon and lime juice, finished with fire bitters. For a more floral option, the Flor de la Pasión combines 818 Tequila Blanco, St. Germain, lavender syrup, lemon juice, blueberry purée and a touch of Cointreau. Finally, the bold Fuego y Hielo brings together 818 Tequila Añejo, blood orange, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, Angostura and fire bitters for a fiery kick.

Located at Durango Casino & Resort in southwest Las Vegas, Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant’s menu showcases the diverse flavors of coastal Mexico complemented by a bevy of fragrant and flavorful cocktails. Mijo’s signature margaritas are crafted with Codigo Blanco tequila for $17, and are offered in flavors such as spicy mango, made with Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, grand marnier, mango juice and agave; strawberry, made with fresh strawberry purée and apple bitters; pepino, made with fresh cucumber purée and pineapple juice; and prickly pear, crafted with prickly pear and orange bitters. Borracha Mexican Cantina offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, the vibrant, Mexican hacienda-inspired escape in Downtown Summerlin, will shake up National Margarita Day with its irresistible peach cobbler margarita available exclusively on Saturday, Feb. 22. Blending classic charm with a sweet and nostalgic twist, the peach cobbler margarita, priced at $15, features Campo Azul tequila, house lemon-lime mix, Triple Sec and juicy peach, and rimmed with brown sugar, 2025’s flavor of the year according to Food and Beverage Trends Report. Pancho’s also offers over a dozen classic and flavored margaritas, including its popular Naughty Maggie made with Campo Azul tequila and a Grand Marnier float, priced at $16. Pancho’s is open from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily.

The refined dining destination by Morton Group at Wynn Las Vegas offers bold and vibrant flavors with two unique takes on the classic margarita. The Oaxacan Passion, priced at $22 offers a smokey yet refreshing blend of Dos Hombres mezcal, Aperol, passion fruit puree, lime and agave. For those who crave a little heat, the Spicy Amiga, priced at $21, balances sweet and spicy with Ghost tequila, jalapeño-lime juice, passion fruit puree and elderflower syrup.
Morton Group’s CRUSH American grill at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino is the ultimate destination for margarita lovers to celebrate National Margarita Day. Guests can enjoy the La Rosa, a mix of Ghost Blanco tequila, red rose syrup, fresh lime juice and rose salt or the El Diablo made with Veras mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, hibiscus, Morita chile and fresh lime juice. Sip, savor and celebrate in style with these cocktails, priced at $22 each.
