Hangover Brunch at Mi Casa Grill Cantina
Kick-off 2025 with a boozy hangover brunch at Mi Casa Grill Cantina on Wednesday, Jan. 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This 21+ event includes a live DJ and a $75 unlimited festive brunch buffet with a selection of a la carte dishes, such as:
- A doughnut wall with assorted doughnuts
- Shrimp cocktail
- Horchata French toast with horchata-dipped brioche, cinnamon simple syrup and exotic fruit compote
- South of the border biscuits and gravy

Jan. 25 – Bruno and The Hooligans
On Saturday, Jan. 25, Bruno and the Hooligans will take the Veil Pavilion stage for an electrifying tribute to Bruno Mars. Known for their high-energy performances, Bruno and the Hooligans recreate the magic of a live Bruno Mars concert, performing hits like “Uptown Funk” and “Just the Way You Are” with precision and flair. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. General admission tickets start at $35, with seating available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Mermaid Swims Thursdays through Saturdays from 12-8 p.m., and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Interactive stingray feedings daily at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Live Music in Mermaid Lounge with Mermaid Lounge Live!
