shareDOWNTOWN partners with Corner Bar Management to offer apartment residents first-of-its-kind, exclusive benefits
Residents enjoy discounts on food and beverages at popular downtown bars, restaurants
shareDOWNTOWN and Corner Bar Management are partnering to offer residents of the fully-leased Las Vegas’ Arts District apartment complex exclusive savings on food and beverages at numerous bars and restaurants in downtown Las Vegas, including Lucky Day, Commonwealth, The Laundry Room, Park on Fremont, Discopussy, Excuse Moi, and Peyote, as well as new venues, We All Scream and Cheapshot, which are opening soon.
Starting today, Corner Bar Management will offer all shareDOWNTOWN residents ongoing exclusive discounts on food and beverages at its downtown Las Vegas venues. And to celebrate the first-of-its-kind partnership, for the month of February, shareDOWNTOWN residents enjoy a buy-one-get-one offer on cocktails at Peyote, a bistro serving elevated cuisine with farm fresh ingredients at Fergusons Downtown.
“shareDOWNTOWN opened to reinvent living in downtown Las Vegas by creating an unmatched live-work-play lifestyle,” said Grant Garcia, partner at Cherry Development, developer of the residential apartment complex. “Partnering with downtown Las Vegas businesses to the benefit of our residents has been a hallmark of our brand. Every month, we hand deliver promotions from local businesses to our residents. However, this partnership with Corner Bar Management goes beyond any prior effort and creates a collaborative neighborhood program for our residents to enjoy.”
Garcia added that the ongoing exclusive partnership is especially timely as the shareDOWNTOWN apartment brand plans to expand with a second building later this year in the Fremont East neighborhood, where many of Corner Bar Management’s venues are located. With the Corner Bar Management partnership as a model, shareDOWNTOWN plans to develop a full program of downtown business savings that would be an exclusive amenity for its residents.
“At Corner Bar Management we set out to create bars, restaurants and entertainment venues positioned to become neighborhood favorites, where people can come and order their ‘usual,’ see their neighbors, relax, and have fun,” said Ryan Doherty, managing partner of Corner Bar Management. “While the nightlife scene downtown has been growing for years, we are excited to now see more people living downtown thanks to projects like shareDOWNTOWN. This partnership will help further promote the neighborhood vibe we imagined.”
To access the exclusive savings, residents of the 63-unit shareDOWNTOWN building in the Arts District simply show their driver’s license with the shareDOWNTOWN address (1300 S. Casino Center Blvd., Las Vegas, Nev. 89104) to their server or bartender. shareDOWNTOWN will soon provide residents with membership cards that can be used for this and other local promotions as the apartment complex expands its collaborative partnership program downtown.
