The El Beso, or The Kiss, will be made with Cruzan Strawberry Rum, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, soda water, strawberries and mint leaves. The lovely and refreshing 26-ounce drink will be ideal for sharing and priced at $22.50.

In addition to the specialty cocktail, couples can enjoy Cabo Wabo’s shareable dishes including fundido de queso con chorizo made with Oaxaca, asiago, provolone and cotija cheeses melted on a skillet with house-made pork chorizo and served with salsa arbol and flour tortillas; ahi tuna ceviche with mango, jicama, cilantro, crispy wontons, chipotle-shallot marinade and wasabi crema; and Sammy’s tequila shrimp made with Baja shrimp, garlic, cilantro, a house-made Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, arbol chilis and served with garlic bread, among others.
