SG Bar Launches New Menu Featuring Sharable
Plates, Lunch Specials, Cocktails and More

PT’s Entertainment Group’s SG Bar, located at 9580 W. Flamingo Rd. in Las Vegas, has introduced a new menu featuring sharable plates, “15-Minute Lunches,” cocktails and more.

Developed by Scott Green, director of culinary operations for all of PT’s taverns, the new menu incorporates chef-driven concepts and guest-favorites into an approachable dining experience. Highlighted sharable dishes include adult mac & cheese, available in four varieties, such as pork belly and barbeque, buffalo chicken, four cheese and wild mushroom; avocado toastettes, topped with greens and a poached egg; seared salmon bites, served with black barley, farro and grilled vegetable succotash; and queso fundido, a creamy blend of baked Mexican cheeses, topped with charred shishito peppers and served with corn tortilla chips. The new menu comes just in time for hockey and football season, with plenty of selections taking tailgate-style fare to the next level.

Inspired by an on-the-go lifestyle, SG Bar will also launch a new “15-Minute Lunch” special, available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., daily. New lunch offerings include an Adult Lunchable, with salami, prosciutto, sliced aged cheddar cheese, sliced swiss cheese, crackers and a baguette; mini sandwiches, including a classic Reuben, Porchetta, Cubano and more; and a soup and sandwich combo.

The new menu joins a new cocktail menu, created this summer by Jason Shullo, corporate director of beverage for Golden Entertainment, Inc.. Signature drinks include the Star Gazer, made with Bombay, St. Germain, lemon and cucumber; the Spark Plug, made with SKYY, Kahlúa and espresso; and the Cherry-Lemon Margarita, made with City Lights Shine cherry lemon, Sauza Gold Tequila, Triple sec and sour mix.

The new menu has been incorporated into SG Bar’s happy hour offerings, available daily from 5 to 7 p.m. and midnight to 2 a.m. The happy hour includes a 50 percent discount on drinks, including wines by the glass, premium spirits and all craft and import beer, including PT’s Taverns own craft brews such as Golden Hefeweizen and Hualapai IPA. Happy hour food selections are priced at $6, $7 and $8, and include $6 Sriracha chicken bites and loaded potato skins; $7 chicken parmesan sliders and a half-pound pub burger; and $8 flatbreads, including three-cheese, meat feast, the Gilroy and buffalo chicken.
