Save the Date: Walk to End Alzheimer’s Las Vegas

WHAT:
Join in the fight for Alzheimer’s first survivor at the 2018 Las Vegas Walk to End Alzheimer’s, presented by Affinity Gaming. Registration is now open for individuals and teams to sign up at LasVegasAlzheimersWalk.org.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Participants will learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical studies, support programs, and services. Walk participants also honor those affected by Alzheimer’s disease with the poignant Promise Garden ceremony. This year’s event will be emceed by local news personalities Sherry Swensk and John Huck.

All funds from the Walk further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.

WHEN:
Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018
7 a.m. – registration
8:30 a.m. – opening ceremony and Promise Garden planting
9 a.m. – walk begins
