About Create A Change Now
Create A Change Now (CACN) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is committed to educating and empowering children and their families by providing the resources needed to tackle childhood obesity and related diseases. CACN accomplishes its mission by adopting each school through its signature Healthy School, Healthy Life program and installing an edible desert garden within the school. These gardens serve as an instrument for CACN to plant seeds of change throughout each school and within each child. CACN’s Healthy School, Healthy Life program is designed to teach lifelong skills that will lead to happier, healthier, more productive lives.
