 Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will ‘stirrup’ a specialty whiskey flight in honor of the leading rodeo showcase, available from Thursday, Dec. 5 to Saturday, Dec. 14.

Cabo Wabo will fix up a flight of four distinct whiskies with unique finishes and flavors, including Five Trails, Elijah Craig, Lucky 29 and Pendelton, priced at $27.50.

Arena-sized appetites will be satisfied with Cabo Wabo’s signature dishes including Baja style fish tacos, beer-battered cod, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, tomatoes, cilantro, lime and pickled onions with flour tortillas, priced at $23.95; Wabolicious Cheeseburger made with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, grilled onions, jalapeños, lettuce and pickles, priced at $20.45; and Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp featuring baja shrimp, garlic, cilantro, Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, arbol chilis and Mexican dirty rice, priced at $32.95; among other signature options.

Cabo Wabo’s full menu of crafted cocktails will also be available, with standouts including Can’t Drive 55, a refreshing mix of Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, vodka, gin and lime, orange pineapple and cranberry juices and topped with Disaronno Amaretto; and Margarita Verde crafted with Santo blanco tequila, lime fresh cucumber and cilantro, both priced at $16.45 per glass, and $49.95 per pitcher.
