Romance is on the Menu for Valentine’s Day
at AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop
Guests are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with AMARI’s curated
menus, crafted to showcase the romance of Italian cuisine.
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, located on the UnCommons campus in southwest Las Vegas, will bring the magic of Valentine’s Day to life with an enchanting celebration of Italian cuisine. With two thoughtfully curated menus, Americano and Italiano, AMARI sets the stage for a memorable evening of heartfelt connection on Friday, Feb. 14. Reservations are encouraged and can be made here.
The Americano menu, priced at $65 per person, offers a warm tribute to Italian-American tradition. Served as a combination family style and with individually chosen dishes, it captures the essence of shared meals while providing flexibility and choice. This menu features:
- First Course (for the table): House-made focaccia with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; arancini Milanese with saffron and Calabrian mayo; and a little gem caesar salad with anchovy breadcrumbs.
- Second Course (choice of): Campanelle with basil pesto; rigatoni with beef and pork bolognese; chicken parmesan with mozzarella and marinara; braised beef cheek with creamy polenta and root vegetables; or Antarctic salmon with broccolini and salsa rossa.
- Third Course (for the table): Tiramisu layered with espresso and chocolate.
The Italiano menu, priced at $75 per person, is an elevated culinary journey inspired by classic Italian dishes from across different regions of Italy. This four-course menu is plated individually for a refined dining experience and includes:
- Antipasti: House-made focaccia with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and yellowtail crudo with hazelnuts, black truffle and prosecco zabaione.
- Primi: Ricotta gnudi with spinach, brown butter and parmigiano.
- Secondo: Duo Tutti, a pairing of pan-seared scallop with lemon sauce and braised beef cheek with sunchoke purée and crispy sunchokes.
- Dolce: Date torta with apple cider caramel, toasted pine nuts and vanilla gelato.
To complement the evening’s offerings, guests can enjoy Amari’s signature libations such as the Amore Tesoro, a vibrant cocktail crafted with Glendalough Rose Gin, fresh berries, peaches, honey and lemon. Its bright, floral notes are a delicious pairing for both menus, adding an additional touch of romance to the celebration. Amari’s full cocktail and wine menu will be available, including the restaurant’s expansive collection of Amaro.
