Rodney Carrington Returns to David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand December 8 – 10

 Comedian, actor, singer and writer Rodney Carrington is returning to the David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino for three evenings full of guaranteed laughs. Carrington will perform December 8 – 10 with shows scheduled to begin at 9 p.m.

Tickets starting at $89.99 (not including applicable service charges) go on sale to the general public Friday, Aug. 5 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets can be purchased online at mgmgrand.com, ticketmaster.com or at any MGM Resorts box office. Members of MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts International’s loyalty program, will receive access to a pre-sale Thursday, Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. PT to 10 p.m. PT. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to attend. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Carrington has been playing sold-out shows around the world as one of the top 10 highest-grossing touring comedians for the past two decades. Being a platinum-recording artist, Carrington has recorded eight major record label comedy albums, as well as three albums on his own record label, Laughter’s Good Records. His album Here Comes the Truth, released in 2017, climbed to No. 3 on the comedy charts, accruing tens of millions of streams on Spotify and resulted in a Netflix special.

 

Over the years, Carrington has starred in his own TV sitcom, “Rodney,” which ran for two seasons on ABC; co-wrote and co-starred with Toby Keith in the feature film, “Beer for My Horses,” which won the Tex Ritter Award from the ACM; and starred in his own Netflix special “Here Comes The Truth.” Carrington also appeared on countless other TV shows, including the ACA (American Country Awards), hosting the American Country New Year’s Eve Live show on FOX, and won “Supporting Character of the Year” from the CMT Music Video Awards for his appearance on the Trace Adkins’ music video “I Got My Game On.”
