ENTERTAINMENT
Resorts World Theatre
The Strip’s premier theatre will welcome a star-studded roster of talent for the month of May. Shows for the stunning 5,000-capacity entertainment venue include:
  • Comedy powerhouses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler bring their acclaimed Restless Leg Tour back to Resorts World for a special one-night-only stop.

  • Comedian, master roaster, and social media phenomenon, Tony Hinchcliffe, is making his return to the Resorts World Theatre stage for a solo stand-up show.

Cinco de Mayo
Featuring specialty food and cocktail menus, ¡VIVA! will host a festive three-day Cinco de Mayo extravaganza from Saturday, May 3, to Monday, May 5. Offerings include:
  • Saturday, May 3 – VIVA levels up their Cinco de Mayo brunch celebration featuring stellar food, salsa dancers, live music, and airbrush tattoo stations. Brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 4 – Indulge in the Cinco de Mayo food and beverage specials from award-winning Chef Ray Garcia.
  • Monday, May 5 – Guests will enjoy a day of celebration starting off with a lunch menu paired with sounds from a local Mariachi band from noon – 1 p.m. In the evening, VIVA will host a ticketed Cinco de Mayo dinner celebration featuring a live Mariachi band, DJ, and dynamic menu pairings with Corona beer.
Mother’s Day
Resorts World will celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 11, with exceptional dining experiences at Stubborn Seed, Carversteak, Crossroads, Wally’s, Brezza, Aqua, and more.
  • Stubborn Seed invites guests to treat mom with a spectacular celebration from Friday, May 9 to Sunday, May 11 and will offer a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and a flower. For this weekend, the venue highlights their specialty cocktail, Fennel Fields, for $18 (reg. $24).
  • Carversteak will present an elegant à la carte menu featuring:

  • Crossroads Kitchen, the Strip’s only fine-dining plant-based restaurant, will highlight a $65 Mother’s Day Brunch turning classic breakfast dishes into vegan masterpieces.
  • Wally’s will celebrate the occasion with memorable brunch dishes for the family. Menu items include:
  • Burrata & Rhubarb, made with strawberry rhubarb compote, shiso-basil oil and toasted brioche
  • Red Pepper Bisque, made with roasted red pepper and fennel bisque, and lump blue crab
  • Open Face Omelette, made with Chino farm eggs, Iberico paleta, baby spinach, grilled avocado and mixed mushrooms
  • Brezza, will honor Mother’s Day with a special menu featuring lumache bolognese, beef cheek ravioli, tiramisu and more. The menu is priced at $85 per person and $45 for children under 8 years old. The fine-dining Italian restaurant will also feature a specialty cocktail menu featuring champagne, prosecco, bottomless mimosas and bloody marys and more.
  • Aqua’s Seafood & Caviar Restaurant celebrates with a stellar Mother’s Day menu featuring fresh and innovative new dishes, priced at $125 per person.

  • Stubborn Seed will unveil its new spring menu early May, showcasing Chef Jeremy Ford’s award-winning approach to contemporary cuisine. Current featured spring à la carte offerings include:
  • Butter Poached Maine Lobster, made with spring peas, fava beans and ramps
  • Beau Soleil Oysters, made with ginger and green apple mignonette, citrus foam and orange habanero hot sauce
  • True Organic Chicken, made with pomme puree, baby turnips and natural jus
  • Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant is delighted to announce its new seasonal menu, showcasing a fresh take on oceanic delights. Guests can indulge in an array of captivating dishes that celebrate the flavors of the sea, alongside a brand-new Happy Hour experience from 4 to 6 PM daily. Unwind at the bar with unique offerings, including the signature deviled eggs topped with caviar, specially priced cocktails and wines by the glass.
  • Aqua’s Ocean Harvest – Dive into a luxurious assortment of the ocean’s finest treasures, featuring succulent tuna, salmon, hamachi, and sea urchin, complemented by sweet lobster and briny oysters, all crowned with a touch of decadent Caspy caviar.
  • Tuna Tartare à la Table – Experience the artistry of cuisine with our Tuna Tartare, served tableside with a delicate ginger and white soy vinaigrette, finished with a drizzle of aromatic yuzu oil.
  • Chef Shaun’s Sashimi Selection – Delight in the freshness of the ocean featuring daily selections of the finest hamachi.
  • Spring Asparagus Salad – Celebrate the season with our vibrant salad, featuring tender poached eggs, peppery arugula, and a tangy Dijon mustard vinaigrette, topped with shavings of Parmesan.
 
Le Spritz Bar at Carversteak
Carversteak, the award-winning premier steakhouse at Resorts World, is toasting to summer with its debut of Le Spritz Bar. Transporting guests to a sun-soaked retreat reminiscent of the French Riviera and Amalfi Coast, Le Spritz Bar is a nod to the European tradition of aperitivo hour featuring original spritz creations from Carver Road Hospitality’s Vice President of Hospitality and Culture, Francesco Lafranconi, paired with small plates from Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros.
Nestled within Carversteak’s climate-controlled patio, Le Spirtz Bar will boast vibrant decor, setting the scene for golden hour sips or late-night rondeau vexes, complete with intimate lounge seating and curated music. The curated spritz menu will feature 10 original creations and classic spritzes, including non-alcoholic varieties.
Launching Thursday, May 8, Le Spritz Bar will welcome guests for golden hour and beyond all summer long, with patio service available Sunday – Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and extended until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online here. Le Spritz Bar is a 21+ experience.
pastaRAMEN
James Beard-nominated Executive Chef Robbie Felice’s innovative Wafu-Italian dining concept, pastaRAMEN, will launch a month-long pop-up event featuring an all-new menu with exclusive sake offerings from HEAVENSAKE, powered by HexClad. Chef Felice will bring his signature Japanese-Italian cuisine to Bar Zazu at Resorts World starting Thursday, May 15, through Sunday, June 15, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Seating is limited to 100 guests per night, and reservations will be available exclusively through Resy.
 
RedTail
RedTail will be the ultimate sports watching destination this May. Watch parties include:
  • Monday, May 5 – Guests will cheer on their favorites at the Derby Dash Watch Party featuring specialty cocktails and RedTail’s irresistible menu.
  • Saturday, May 10 – RedTail’s UFC 315 Watch Party will offer the ultimate fight night atmosphere with wall-to-wall coverage across the venue’s 20+ screens, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. Seating options include $65 per person standard tables and $500 party couches for groups.
