Stubborn Seed
On Monday, Feb. 10, Stubborn Seed, the Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by Bravo’s Top Chef season 13 winner, Chef Jeremy Ford, and powered by the award-winning Miami-based restaurant group, Grove Bay Hospitality Group, will debut at Resorts World Las Vegas. Stubborn Seed will showcase Chef Ford’s unrelenting passion and unapologetic approach to fine dining, offering guests a truly unforgettable dining experience in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Kusa Nori x Chef Roy Yamaguchi 
The renowned Japanese restaurant will collaborate with American celebrity chef, Roy Yamaguchi. Chef Roy is revered for his exceptional culinary skills and founded a collection of restaurants including Eating House 1849, Humble Market Kitchin, GOEN Dining + Bar and Roy’s Worldwide. On Friday, February 21, the celebrity chef and iconic destination curated a specialty menu priced at $150 per person featuring:

Lunar New Year 
Guests are welcome to celebrate Lunar New Year at Resorts World Las Vegas, where a culinary feast awaits. Highlights include:
  • Genting Palace, the Strip’s top destination for Chinese cuisine, will host a rotating menu each day in honor of the Lunar New Year. Offerings include premium dim sum and Genting Palace’s exquisite brunch menu, which is available on Saturday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 2 priced at $128.88 for adults and $68.88 for children.
  • Bar Zazu and Brezza, the incredible fine dining and cocktail venues curated by Chef Nicole Brisson, will offer a special Lunar New Year cocktail. Available Wednesday, Jan. 29 – Tuesday, Feb. 4 the Serpent’s Solace Cocktail, is made with bourbon mandarin vodka, bresca dorado, apple syrup, and lime juice and is priced at $20.
  • Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, Resorts World’s chic and vibrant cocktail lounge will invite guests to indulge in the Serpent’s Treasure, a deep red, jewel-like cocktail that symbolizes prosperity and vitality. Available until Tuesday, Feb. 4 the refreshing cocktail made with pomegranate syrup, Cîroc peach, Grand Marnier, lavender lemon syrup, blueberry and topped with Brut champagne, the luxurious creation is priced at $19. For those seeking a non-alcoholic delight, the Wise Choice embodies balance and harmony with its smooth blend of pomegranate syrup, pineapple juice, orgeat and vanilla, priced at $10.
  • Eight Cigar Lounge
  • The award-winning luxury cigar lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas will celebrate the Year of the Snake with Davidoff’s Limited Edition 2025 Year of the Snake cigar. From its elegant and graceful Ecuadorian wrapping to its Dominican San Vicente and Mexican Negro San Andrés filler tobaccos, this blend will offer a unique flavor profile with notes of lemon, leather and coffee creating a harmonious balance of sweet and creamy layered with vibrant complexity matching the power and intrigue of the Snake. Available until Tuesday, Feb. 4, the limited-edition cigar will be available for individual purchase as well as in a meticulously crafted 10-count box.
  • Guests will also be able to pay homage to craftsmanship and prosperity by pairing one of Eight’s premium cigars with a selection from the lounge’s impressive collection of high-end Japanese whiskies. From the smooth richness of Hatozaki Finest and Hatozaki Small Batch to the timeless depth of Hakushu Single Malt 18 Year, each sip will reflect artistry and precision. Pairings will be available until Tuesday, Feb. 4.
  • Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant, the culinary odyssey founded by Michelin-starred maestro, Chef Shaun Hergatt is planning an unforgettable celebration for Lunar New Year with a full a la carte service and a specialty menu featuring:
  • Tamarind Grazed Crab Legs, served on top of crispy noodles and glazed with a tamarind sauce, priced at $86
  • Honey Walnut Lobster, made with a whole lobster, accompanied by broccoli and drizzled with a honey-walnut sauce, priced at $68

Big Game
From unforgettable viewing parties to stadium style dishes by elite chefs, Resorts World Las Vegas is the top destination to watch the Big Game. Property-wide offerings include:
  • Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, the stylish cocktail lounge inside of Resorts World, will invite guests to enjoy the Big Game in style. On Sunday, Feb. 9, starting at 2 p.m., guests will be able to take in every play on the lounge’s eight HDTVs, all while sipping on themed drinks and menu packages featuring delicious stadium-style bites from the renowned Juniors. Immediately following the game, the venue will transform into the ultimate party destination with a live DJ performance. Tables start at $175.
  • Dawg House Saloon, the sold-out destination, will surround guests with 360-degree big-screen TVs and game day dishes and drinks during the big game on Sunday, Feb. 9.
  • Eight Cigar Lounge, will have football fans savoring the excitement of the Big Game in the height of luxury. Guests will be able to watch the game “where the pros smoke” on multiple HDTVs throughout the lounge, while enjoying cocktail and cigar pairings recommended by Eight’s staff of expert cigar aficionados. On Sunday, Feb. 9, starting at 2 p.m., patio seating will be available starting at $100 per person, indoor seating at $150 per person, and private smoking rooms will be available starting at $3,000.   • Carversteak will offer a specialty prix-fixe menu priced at $250 per person featuring game-day favorites, an a la carte menu, tailgate buffet station, dessert and various beverage options. To catch all the big game day moments, on Sunday, Feb. 9, Carversteak will change its hours of operation to 3:30 p.m. – CLOSE. The menu will include:

  • Allē Lounge on 66, will host an unforgettable Big Game viewing party overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Located on the 66th floor, cheer on your favorite team with a special AFC and NFC Champions menu. The Big Game Viewing experience is available for $200 per person and includes the buffet, four drinks and access to our bar top or high top tables on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 2:00 pm, and the full buffet will be available until the end of the third quarter.

  • Luxe Love, with reserved seating for two, two cigars under $50, a bottle of Dom Perignon Brut Epernay, a chocolate gift box and an Eight Lounge branded cigar cutter to commemorate the evening, priced at $700.
  • Friends A-Flame package to celebrate the love between friends, which includes, four Drew Estate Undercrown Shade cigars, a bottle of Belvedere vodka or two bottles of Moet & Chandon, Brut “Imperial” champagne, priced $500.
  • “Single Flame Pairings,” which include one cigar under $30 and a glass of sparkling wine, priced together at $50.
