Relix, the pop culture music magazine published by Brooklyn Bowl founder Peter Shapiro, is hosting an afternoon of Ween-themed brunch and lunch, as well as a prize-packed bowling tournament, beginning at noon on Saturday, Feb. 18, at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. The Let Me Lick Your Plate Brunch & Bowling Tournament will take place on the second day of Ween’s three-day President’s Day Weekend run at the iconic bowling alley and concert hall on The Linq Promenade.

“This is something we’ve been looking forward to for a long time,” said Chris Bitonti, director of marketing for Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. “For those who aren’t as familiar with Ween, they are such a storied band with an incredibly loyal following. To be able to brand our space with the history of their creativity for three shows over Presidents Day Weekend is going to be just as fun for us as it will be for everyone who joins us.”

A special brunch menu will be served from noon to 4 p.m. Dishes by Blue Ribbon will include the Egg Cheese Satan, scrambled eggs with bacon, onion and cheddar cheese ($12.75); The Fat Lenny Burger, double bacon & egg cheddar burger with tots or fruit ($15.95); as well as a selection of three-egg omelets ($14) including the Strap on The Hammy Pack, Black Forest ham, bell peppers, onions and sharp cheddar; Mushroom Festival in Hell, sautéed mushrooms, baby spinach and Swiss cheese; and the Fiesta, spicy chorizo, red onions and sharp cheddar.

Brooklyn Bowl’s vaunted Blue Ribbon menu will be transformed into a Boognish-friendly feast, including Ween-themed dishes like the Baby Bitch LT, bacon, lettuce and tomato ($14); the Waving My Chicken in the Wind, fried chicken sandwich ($15) and the Mr. Richard’s Smoked and Pulled Pork, pulled pork sandwich ($19.50).

Teams can be comprised of five to eight players. Entry to the tournament is $99 per team. Two total games will be bowled by each team, and both games must be completed by 4:30 p.m. After each game, the top five individual scores per team will be added together to make up each team’s final score. After both rounds, the team with the highest cumulative 10-game score will be crowned the winner.

The First Place team will receive a $300 food and beverage credit and access to a box for all team members for Ween’s Saturday night show (Feb. 18), as well as a Relix and Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas prize pack. The Second Place team will receive access to a box for Saturday night’s Ween show and a Relix and Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas Prize Pack.
