LUNAR NEW YEAR BEGINS WITH THE FIRST LION DANCE ON THE LAS VEGAS STRIP AT THE FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS PALACE
LAS VEGAS (January 30, 2025) – The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace kicked off the Year of the Snake with the first traditional lion dance on the Las Vegas Strip this Lunar New Year yesterday, January 29.
Guests gathered at the Fountain of the Gods at noon to witness a vibrant display featuring three lions, traditional musicians, and blessings for six boutiques throughout the center. The performance was led by the Lohan School of Shaolin, which has spent more than 30 years preserving and sharing this cultural tradition.
As the lions made their way through The Forum Shops, visitors embraced the festive atmosphere, capturing photos and celebrating the occasion.
The celebration continued with the Lucky Red Envelope giveaway at the Dragon Display afterwords, from 1 to 5 p.m. Guests had the opportunity to receive a red envelope symbolizing good fortune and happiness, with surprises inside, including a limited number of shopping gift cards.
With this special kickoff, The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace set the stage for a joyous and prosperous Lunar New Year on the Las Vegas Strip.
