REBELS BACK HOME FOR TWO MATCHES STARTING WITH THURSDAY TAILGATE

UNLV women’s soccer will host the first of its two home matches this week vs. San Jose State on Thursday at 6 p.m. PT with a pre-game tailgate at 5 p.m. hosted by the UNLV Soccer Foundation. The weekend continues with Sunday’s match vs. Fresno State at noon.
After spending three weeks on the road, the Rebels (5-2-4, 1-0-1) look to build upon their strong start to the Mountain West slate against Spartan (2-3-5, 0-0-2) and Bulldog (1-5-4, 0-1-1) squads fighting for their first wins.

PROMOTIONS: One pair of tickets to the Parkway Drive concert on Thursday, Oct. 5 at The Theatre at the Virgin Hotel will be given away on Thursday night. Enter to win at the marketing table near the entrance prior to halftime.
FREE TAILGATES: The UNLV Rebel Soccer Foundation will sponsor three tailgates with free food and drinks at UNLV women’s soccer games. The remaining tailgates are scheduled to be held one hour prior to kickoff on Oct. 12 vs. San Diego State and Oct. 22 vs. Boise State.
PURCHASE TICKETS: Tickets may be purchased at UNLVtickets.com or by calling 702-739-3267. Single-game tickets are $6 per adult when purchased in advance of game day or $10 on game day. Admission is free for UNLV students and kids in high school or younger.
NEWS & NOTES:
- UNLV is on a seven-match unbeaten streak, matching its longest stretch without a loss since the 2016 season when the Rebels also avoided defeat for a seven-game period.
- Additionally, the Rebels are unblemished through their last six games against Mountain West opponents dating back to the 2022 season.
- The Rebels are off to a program-record start to its road schedule as they are an unbeaten 4-0-2 through their first six contests as a visitor this season.
Prior to the 2023 campaign, the Scarlet & Gray had program-best unbeaten starts to the road schedule through four matches in the 2002 and 2005 seasons
