Blending classic charm with a sweet twist, the peach cobbler margarita, priced at $15, features Campo Azul tequila, house lemon-lime mix, Triple Sec and juicy peach, and is rimmed with brown sugar, 2025’s flavor of the year according to the Food and Beverage Trends Report. Pancho’s also offers more than a dozen different classic and flavored margaritas, including its popular “Naughty Maggie,” made with Campo Azul tequila and a Grand Marnier float. Pancho’s margaritas pair beautifully with mouthwatering Mexican favorites like chicken enchiladas de mole, the chimichanga especial or tacos de carnitas, making it the ultimate addition to any meal or a decadent dessert alternative.
