Parm Famous Italian opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011 and has made its way to the heart of Las Vegas, inside Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria Resort & Casino. Led by Michelin-starred chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, National Meatball Day will be celebrated with two crowd-favorite items on the menu. The Meatball Parm is made with specialty Mama Maria Meatballs and parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on freshly baked seeded Italian bread. For those who prefer a classic pasta style, the spaghetti & meatballs are made with imported pasta from Naples, Italy, tomato sauce and meatballs.
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, the boutique neighborhood eatery and wine shop within the vibrant 40-acre campus of UnCommons, is serving up their simple yet flavorful spaghetti and meatballs featuring house-made meatballs, topped with red sauce and fresh basil, priced at $28. This comforting favorite can be paired with house-made focaccia, seasonal cocktails and wines from AMARI’s expertly curated selection. AMARI is open noon to 3 p.m. daily for lunch, takeout and delivery only; 3 to 5:30 p.m. daily for happy hour; and 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday for dinner.
