Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Borracha Mexican Cantina presents a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting for a menu of flavorful Baja and traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is highlighted by an array of oversized burritos, including an overstuffed carne asada burrito; classic Mexican plates, including slow-roasted pork carnitas; and a variety of traditional tacos, fajitas, bowls and more.     • Borracha will throw the ultimate Cinco de Mayo fiesta on Monday, May 5. The celebration will kick off with complimentary margaritas from Cointreau from 4 to 5 p.m., followed by a lively mariachi band from 5 to 7 p.m., a live DJ from 7 to 10 p.m., and a festive cake cutting at 7 p.m. Guests can sip on bold Espolòn and Cointreau specialty cocktails all night while immersed in the fun in Borracha’s vibrant setting.
  • Community Appreciation Days:
    • Borracha will honor those who make a difference in the community with a series of appreciation days in May. On select dates, teachers, nurses, military personnel, firefighters and first responders will be treated to exclusive discounts, available with a valid ID or employment badge.
      • Military personnel will receive 15% off throughout May in honor of Military Appreciation Month and Memorial Day.

  • Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays:
    • Every Tuesday night at Borracha brings the fiesta with an all-you-can-eat feast, priced at $32. Guests can savor unlimited tacos, tequila and margaritas, all within Borracha’s festive, Día de los Muertos-inspired cantina.
  • Más Vida Fridays:
    • Every Friday, Borracha heats up the weekend with half-off select appetizers, such as bubbling cheese fundido, dynamite shrimp tacos and beef empanadas, along with $7 house drinks and shots.
