Proper Eats’ Proper Bar will Offer Special Zero Proof Menu Featuring Lewis Hamilton’s Almave Spirits to Celebrate the Big Race’s Return to Vegas
Race week will take over the strip in November, and mocktails honoring the seven-time World Champion will propel Proper Bar past the finish line to help fans prepare for the action.
Get ready to sip like a race winner at Proper Bar, a welcoming social hub and go-to destination inside Proper Eats Food Hall overlooking Aria Resort & Casino’s lavish swimming pool. Proper Bar will celebrate race week’s return to Las Vegas with mocktails featuring the British racing legend’s own line of Almave non-alcoholic blue agave spirits. The menu will be available starting Friday, Nov. 1, and will last until Saturday, Nov. 30.
Make a pit stop and fuel up with three bold creations, all priced at $10, including the ambar carajillo, made with Almave Ámbar, cold brew, agave nectar, orange bitters, aromatic bitters and a salted rim; for those chasing a little more zest, the golden hour margarita, made with Almave Blanco, Prickly Pear syrup, fresh lime juice and agave nectar will transport tastebuds to pole position; and the blanco paloma, made with Almave Blanco, fresh grape juice, fresh lime juice, Squirt and a salted rim.
Proper Bar is open from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
