Proper Eats Food Hall Welcomes Happy Leaf as the Newest Addition to its Diverse Lineup of Culinary Delights
The newest Station at Proper Eats, Happy Leaf, will provide happy, healthy eats with
salads made from fresh produce and toppings
Happy Leaf, the newest addition to Proper Eats Food Hall, located inside ARIA Resort & Casino, is now open and bringing happy, healthy eats to the food halls’ wide-ranging lineup of delicious options. The latest concept and 10th station for Proper Eats serves a variety of crisp greens and salad options and is located between Food Network star Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird and Grammy-nominated Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki.
Happy Leaf’s menu comprises four chef’s choice salads, including a classic Caesar salad, made with baby kale, romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, garlic bread crumbs and Ceasar dressing, priced at $14, with an option to add chicken for an additional $6; a spicy Buffalo chicken salad, made with a power greens mix and topped with grilled buffalo chicken thigh, cucumber, radish, carrot, pickled red onion, garlic breadcrumbs and ranch or blue cheese dressing, priced at $20; a sweet and tangy Waldorf chicken salad, made with chicken salad, arugula, apple, grape, candied walnuts and a poppyseed vinaigrette, priced at $20; and a flavorful salmon salad made with soy sesame glazed salmon, baby kale, spinach, cucumber, edamame, avocado, radish, pickled red onion and garlic confit ponzu dressing, priced at $22.
Happy Leaf also offers the option for guests to build their own salad from the salad bar’s wide array of ingredients. The build-your-own salad option, priced at $15, allows guests to select one green, including spring mix, arugula, kale, spinach and romaine lettuce; six toppings such as cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, cucumber, carrots, edamame, radish, apple, toasted pistachios, pickled red onion, goat cheese, blue cheese, cabbage and grapes; and one dressing such as poppyseed vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese and ranch. Protein options can be added for an additional price, including chicken for $6, tuna salad for $5 and hard-boiled egg for $3.
The happy, healthy eatery will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
