Unveils Specials for March

Proper Eats Food Hall, located on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, holds a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Vegas destinations. In March, Proper Eats will welcome college basketball fans for March Mania and bring the luck of the Irish to guests celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
Weekly Events:
- Oyster Happy Hour: Monday – Friday, 4 – 6 p.m.
- Proper Eats’ Proper Bar, a picturesque social hub overlooking the resort’s lavish pool, will host Oyster Happy Hour on Monday – Friday from 4 – 6 p.m. Oysters range from top varieties found from coast to coast including Atlantic Blue Point oysters, among others, pending availability. Shucked to order and presented on a bed of ice with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauces, the oysters are priced at $2 each.

- National Moscow Mule Day: Monday, March 3
- Proper Bar will transport taste buds to paradise with the 10 Day Cruise, a sophisticated twist on the classic Moscow Mule. This variation is made with Ciroc vodka and Fever Tree ginger beer, but instead of the traditional lime, it features a vibrant splash of Caravella Orangecello, adding a sun-kissed sweetness that perfectly balances the warmth of the ginger beer. Priced at $16, it’s a getaway in a glass!
- Pi Day: Friday, March 14
- Pizzaoki, the brainchild of Grammy-nominated artist, DJ and producer Steve Aoki, is the ultimate destination for pizza lovers on Pi Day. Turn up your tastebuds with a pie or a slice of delicious New York-style pizza. From classics like cheese pizza, made with herb infused dough, covered in marinara sauce and topped with ultra premium shredded mozzarella and basil; to the heartier meat lover’s pizza, featuring herb infused dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and loaded with pepperoni, sausage and capicola; or the veggie pizza, crafts with herb infused dough, covered in tomato sauce and topped with ricotta cheese, roasted vegetables, mushrooms and basil, the mouthwatering selection of pizzas at Pizzaoki will leave guests craving an encore.
- St. Patrick’s Day: Monday, March 17
- Guests will feel the luck of the Irish with the St. Patrick’s Day “Lucky 7’s” special on Monday, March 17. Featuring Guinness drafts, Jameson shots and green domestic drafts, all priced at $7 each, Proper Eats is the perfect place to gather the crew, don your best green fit and say “Sláinte!” all day long. Guests can also indulge in a variety of highly sought-after and only-in-Las Vegas dining spots found in the food hall. From mouth watering fried chicken at Seoul Bird to irresistible pasta at Parm’s Famous Italian Kitchen, there’s no shortage of delicious options to satisfy a legion of hungry Leprechauns.
- March Mania: Thursday, March 20 – Sunday, March 23
- Proper Bar will be the ultimate destination for college basketball fans during the March Mania tournament. From Thursday, March 20 through Sunday, March 23, guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat package for $75 per session during the first and second rounds of the tournament. Two daily viewing sessions will be available: the morning session runs from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and the afternoon session runs from 3:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. Each package grants unlimited access to a wide range of delicious dining options, including Korean fried chicken from Seoul Bird, authentic deli sandwiches from Wexler’s, mouth-watering pizzas from Pizzaoki and more. For those looking to upgrade their experience, hand-cut sushi rolls from Temaki Bar Sushi will be available for an additional charge.

Happy Leaf: The newest addition to Proper Eats Food Hall is now open and offering healthy options among the hall’s lineup of delicious meals. The latest concept and 10th station for Proper Eats serves a variety of crisp greens and salad options and is located between Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird and Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki.

Easy’s Donuts: A charming coffee and donut shop, Easy Donuts serves craft coffees and an array of specialty donuts, including seasonal creations to delight taste buds.
Egghead: Tao Hospitality’s Egghead from New York City brings delicious egg-centric sandwiches, including its signature sandwich made with eggs and cheese served on freshly baked potato brioche bread, to Las Vegas with a modern spin on the classic breakfast.
Open Sunday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Wexler’s Deli: Made famous in Los Angeles for its old-school Jewish deli classics made with handcrafted pastrami and smoked salmon, Wexler’s Deli serves several bagels and sandwiches. Las Vegas exclusives include the “Moe Greene,” a toasted bagel topped with lox, paddlefish caviar and gold leaf; and new offerings include the “Macarthur Park,” a grilled pastrami Reuben made with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw on rye bread; and the “Ocean Avenue,” a hearty tuna salad sandwich made with butter lettuce and red onion on rye bread.

Laughing Buddha: Steamy, delectable ramen noodles and fragrant broths unite for a texture that is rich and silky with a deep umami flavor at Laughing Buddha, which serves tonkotsu and miso ramen as well as pork belly and crispy eggplant bao buns.
Lola’s Burgers: Lola’s Burgers are made with premium beef, served on freshly baked buns and include offerings such as the “Smash Burger,” a double patty with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing; and the “backyard classic,” made with a 6 oz patty, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Plant-based diners can enjoy a vegan “Impossible” burger topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, vegan burger sauce and avocado spread; and the “backyard classic,” made with a 6 oz patty, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Pizzaoki: The brainchild of GRAMMY-nominated artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki, Pizzaoki is a delicious take on New York-style pizzas, featuring everything from time-tested classic pies to vegan and cauliflower crust options. Available by the slice or 18″ pie, menu options include the “Pursuit of Happiness” topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and basil; and the “Hiroquest,” topped with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, capicola and tomato sauce; among other signature pies.
Seoul Bird: Created by Food Network superstar Judy Joo and her partner Andrew Hales, this is the first Seoul Bird outside of London. Inspired by both Joo’s Korean American heritage and the duo’s food tours across South Korea, which have seen them eat their way from Seoul to Busan numerous times, Seoul Bird is built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavors. The venue’s signature Seoul chicken sandwich is made with Seoul Bird’s famous crispy double fried chicken breast and topped with American cheese, fresh lettuce and red onion, then topped with house-made umami sauce and kewpie mayo. kewpie mayo.
Temaki: Clique’s newly created Temaki serves fresh, made-to-order innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.
Parm Famous Italian: Since the original location of Parm opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011, the restaurant’s takes on Italian-American soul food have reached iconic status. From the prized Chicken Parm to the homemade meatballs to the Spicy Rotini, the menu is inspired by the cooking Michelin-starred chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi ate growing up.
