Clique Hospitality’s elevated food hall includes the only Seoul Bird

Industry trendsetter Clique Hospitality brings together a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations with Proper Eats Food Hall, now open on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino.
Upcoming Events:
- Breast Cancer Awareness Month: October
- Throughout the month, Proper Bar will support breast cancer research with two delicious pink cocktails. A dollar of the proceeds from each specialty cocktail, “Thinking Pink” and “Pink Ribbon” will be donated to a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and providing support for research into treatments and cures. Both cocktails are priced at $16.
- National Vodka Day (Wednesday, Oct. 4):
- Proper Bar will celebrate the holiday with vodka-based cocktails, including signature handcrafted cocktails Sake To Me, made with Grey Goose Vodka; and the 10 Day Cruise, made with Ciroc Vodka. Also available are vodka classics such as the Cosmo, made with Grey Goose Vodka; and the Espresso Martini, made with Stoli Vanilla vodka, both available on draft. All four cocktails are priced at $16.
- International Beer and Pizza Day (Monday, Oct. 9):
- Proper Eats will be the ideal spot to celebrate International Beer and Pizza Day, with fresh slices from Pizzaoki, including classics like the “Hiroquest,” made with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, capicola and tomato sauce. Each slice is $8; cold beers can be purchased from Proper Bar.
- Vegas Golden Knights Season Opener (Tuesday, Oct. 10):
- To celebrate the new season and the Knights’ defense of the cup, Proper Bar will offer their signature cocktails in a 32-ounce VGK souvenir cup, priced at $32.
- National Pumpkin Day (Thursday, Oct. 26) – Halloween (Tuesday, Oct. 31):
- Proper Bar will celebrate National Pumpkin Day and the spooky season with a pumpkin spice espresso martini beginning on Thursday, Oct. 26 and priced at $16. Easy’s Donuts will also feature a pumpkin spice latte, available hot and iced, as well as a pumpkin spice donut. Coffee starts at $7.50 and donuts at $6.
- Monday – Friday, from 4-6 p.m.: Oyster Happy Hour
- Proper Eats’ Proper Bar, a picturesque social hub overlooking the resort’s lavish pool, will host an oyster happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Oysters range from top varietals found from coast to coast including Atlantic Blue Point oysters, among others, pending availability. Shucked to order and presented on a bed of ice with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauces, the oysters are priced at $2 each.
- Saturdays: College Football Saturdays
- On Saturdays throughout the college football season, guests wearing apparel showcasing a college team will receive a free draft beer. Available only at Proper Bar and limited to one per person.
- Sundays: Professional Football Sundays
- Available every Sunday during the regular season, the Ultimate Tailgate package includes unlimited eats at nearly all Proper Eats’ concepts, including Lola’s Burgers, Wexler’s Deli, Seoul Bird, Egghead, Pizzaoki, Shalom Y’all, Laughing Buddha and Easy’s Donuts. The package is available only to guests seated in the Proper Bar area and food orders will be taken in increments of two. Guests will be limited to three hours to take advantage of the package and everyone at the same table must participate in the offer, all beverages are sold separately. Priced at $55 per person.
- Proper Eats will also feature special popups to honor the visiting teams each home gameday weekend in the Valley.
- Monday, October 9: Home vs Green Bay
- From Thursday, Oct. 6 through Monday, Oct. 9 when the big cheese from Wisconsin rolls into town for a prime-time matchup, Proper Eats will feature authentic Wisconsin style cheese curds, a Midwestern classic from Ellsworth Creamery.
- Sunday, October 15: Home vs New England
- From Friday, Oct. 13 through Sunday, Oct. 15, while New England fans land in Las Vegas, Boston’s popular lobster rolls will be waiting throughout the weekend with a pop-up by local favorite, Saltie Girl.
- Monday, October 9: Home vs Green Bay

Easy Donuts: A charming coffee and donut shop, Easy Donuts serves craft coffees and an array of specialty donuts, including seasonal creations to delight taste buds.
Egghead: Tao Hospitality’s Egghead from New York City brings delicious egg-centric sandwiches, including its signature sandwich made with eggs and cheese served on freshly baked potato brioche bread, to Las Vegas with a modern spin on the classic breakfast.
Wexler’s Deli: Made famous in Los Angeles for its old-school Jewish deli classics made with handcrafted pastrami and smoked salmon, Wexler’s Deli serves several bagels and sandwiches. Menu offerings include the “Sam Rothstein,” a grilled pastrami Reuben made with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and sauerkraut on rye bread; and the “Moe Greene,” a toasted bagel topped with lox, paddlefish caviar and gold leaf.
Open Sunday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Laughing Buddha: Steamy, delectable ramen noodles and fragrant broths unite for a texture that is rich and silky with a deep umami flavor at Laughing Buddha, which serves tonkotsu and miso ramen as well as pork belly and crispy eggplant bao buns.
Lola’s Burgers: Lola’s Burgers are made with premium beef, served on freshly baked buns and include offerings such as the “Smash Burger,” a double patty with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing; and the “backyard classic,” made with a 6 oz patty, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Pizzaoki: The brainchild of GRAMMY-nominated artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki, Pizzaoki is a delicious take on New York-style pizzas, featuring everything from time-tested classic pies to vegan and cauliflower crust options. Available by the slice or 18″ pie, menu options include the “Pursuit of Happiness” topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and basil; and the “Hiroquest,” topped with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, capicola and tomato sauce; among other signature pies.
Seoul Bird: Created by Food Network superstar Judy Joo and her partner Andrew Hales, this is the first Seoul Bird outside of London. Inspired by both Joo’s Korean American heritage and the duo’s food tours across South Korea, which have seen them eat their way from Seoul to Busan numerous times, Seoul Bird is built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavors. The venue’s signature Seoul chicken sandwich is made with Seoul Bird’s famous crispy double fried chicken breast and topped with American cheese, fresh lettuce and red onion, then topped with house-made umami sauce and kewpie mayo. kewpie mayo.
Shalom Y’all: Serving Mediterranean cuisine prepared with love and respect from fresh, high-quality ingredients, Shalom Y’all, a Portland favorite, showcases signature dishes like shawarma spiced cauliflower, grilled lamb and beef Nazareth kebabs.
Temaki: Clique’s newly created Temaki serves fresh, made-to-order innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.
