Proper Eats Food Hall Announces Newest Addition to its
Expanding Lineup of Options with Happy Leaf
A salad lover’s dream, Happy Leaf will offer fresh salads made
with fresh produce and toppings, including the option to build a customized dish at ARIA Resort & Casino
Proper Eats Food Hall, located inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will welcome a new fresh and healthy option with the opening of Happy Leaf on Monday, June 10. Serving a variety of crisp greens and salad options, it will be the tenth station to join the popular food hall and will be located between Food Network star Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird and Grammy-nominated Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki.
Happy Leaf will serve four chef’s choice salads, including a classic Caesar salad, made with baby kale, romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, garlic bread crumbs and Caesar dressing, priced at $14, with an option to add chicken for an additional $7; a spicy buffalo chicken salad, made with a power greens mix and topped with grilled buffalo chicken thigh, cucumber, radish, carrot, pickled red onion, garlic breadcrumbs and ranch or blue cheese dressing, priced at $19; a sweet and tangy Waldorf chicken salad, made with chicken salad, arugula, apple, grape, candied walnuts and a poppyseed vinaigrette, priced at $19; and a flavorful salmon salad made with soy sesame glazed salmon, baby kale, spinach, cucumber, edamame, avocado, radish, pickled red onion and garlic confit ponzu dressing, priced at $22.
Guests can also build their own salad from the salad bar’s wide array of ingredients. The build-your-own salad option, priced at $15, allows guests to select one green, including spring mix, arugula, kale, spinach and romaine lettuce; six toppings such as cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, cucumber, carrots, edamame, radish, apple, toasted pistachios, pickled red onion, goat cheese, blue cheese, cabbage and grapes; and one dressing such as poppyseed vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese and ranch. Protein options can be added for an additional price, including chicken for $6, turkey for $5, tuna for $5 and hard-boiled egg for $3.
Happy Leaf will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
