Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar at Caesars Palace, Clique Hospitality’s new caviar bar and live music speakeasy, celebrates pro wrestling’s biggest event of the year with “KittleMania,” an unforgettable afterparty hosted by San Francisco’s superstar tight end and wrestling superfan George Kittle. Pro wrestling and professional football fans can unite at Caspian’s for “KittleMania,” the ultimate pro wrestling afterparty. Hosted by Kittle, the night will feature live music, craft cocktails and caviar. A longtime fan of professional wrestling, two-time first All-Pro and six-time Pro Bowl tight end has even gone toe-to-toe with The Miz during the 2023 main event, helping former professional footballer Pat McAfee win the match.
Guests will have the to chance to drop a powerbomb on their hunger as they celebrate alongside the football star while enjoying Caspian’s menu of inventive caviar bites including the Crabby Caviar Tacos, bite-size crunchy corn tacos filled with blue crab, dill chimichurri, pickled red onion and Kaluga caviar; Mini Maine Lobster Rolls filled with Maine lobster salad and caviar, served on a butter-griddled brioche bun with a side of lemon; and the signature Caspian’s Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip and served with Pringles for a rebellious twist, among others. Caspian’s bartenders will also enter the ring as they mix a masterful menu of craft cocktails including the refreshing and powerful Citrus Ember, made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, Campari, honey, lime and Fever-Tree ginger beer; or the tart and full-bodied “Fig”ure of Your Imagination, made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Cointreau, fig jam, honey, lemon; among others.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
