NEW MENU ITEMS
Onda Ristorante and Wine Lounge at The Mirage Resort & Casino has changed its name to Portofino and added a selection of new menu items inspired by land and sea as well as varieties of fresh pasta made in-house daily. Named in honor of the quaint Italian fishing village, Portofino’s dishes boast the flavors of Italian coastal cuisine with an emphasis on using the highest-quality ingredients.
New menu item highlights include:
- “Crab Cake” Arancini Fragrant lemon-saffron risotto and crab meat patties fried to a golden brown and topped with pesto aioli and pickled Fresno chilies.
- Meatballs Hand-rolled meatballs made with fried squash blossoms, goat cheese and San Marzano tomatoes.
- Burrata Agnolotti Hand-crafted pasta served with lobster, chanterelle mushrooms and roasted corn butter for a creamy and hearty meal.
- Traditional Tiramisu A classic Italian dessert of coffee-dipped Ladyfingers layered with sweet mascarpone cheese filling sprinkled with cocoa.
