PINE BISTRO INTRODUCES NEW PRIX FIXE MENU & REVERSE HAPPY HOUR OFFERINGS
Explore the Flavors of the Mediterranean with a Four-Course Journey and Late-Night Discounts on Signature Cocktails, Craft Hookah and Bites
Pine Bistro – the Mediterranean dining and nightlife restaurant in Southern Highlands – invites guests to indulge in its new Prix Fixe and Reverse Happy Hour offerings.
The four-course Prix Fixe menu creates an effortless ordering experience during dinner hours, complete with a cold mezze, hot mezze, main course and dessert. Then late-night revelers can end the day at Pine Bistro with discounted signature cocktails, craft hookah and Mediterranean-inspired bites during Reverse Happy Hour.
Prix Fixe Menu
Those looking to simplify the ordering experience while sampling some of Pine Bistro’s best dishes can now choose from a prix fixe selection. Patrons can enjoy four courses for $49 that includes:
- Cold Mezze: The meal begins with freshly prepared dips and spreads. Select from classic Hummus & Pita, made with chickpea puree, tahini, lemon and olive oil; or the Red Snapper Carpaccio, that comes with Mediterranean red snapper, lemon, pomegranate, sumac and sesame seeds.
- Hot Mezze: Warm the taste buds with small plates such as Lebanese Cheese Rolls, made with rakaket jebneh, mozzarella, halloumi and feta cheese rolls served with onion, mint, olive oil and sesame oil; Fried Kibbeh, which are spiced meatballs with pine nuts and onions; or Spinach Pie, composed of spinach, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, sumac, olive oil, onion, lemon and an egg wash.
- Main Course: Delight in the vibrant A’Aila Mixed Grill, a rich variety of chicken taouk, kafta, filet mignonette, grilled prawn, grilled seasonal vegetables and served with rice and an array of sauces.
- Dessert: End on a sweet note with flaky Baklava, served along with orange blossom ice cream and pistachio.
The prix fixe menu is available daily from 5 p.m. to close.
Reverse Happy Hour
Reverse Happy Hour – Pine Bistro’s spin on traditional Happy Hour for those who prefer later nights – will have patrons imbibing in 50 percent off all signature cocktails, $15 hookahs and discounted classic bites that will transport taste buds to the coasts of Lebanon. Menu highlights include:
- Signature Cocktails: Sip on handcrafted cocktails featuring Mediterranean and Lebanese spices such as orange blossom, sumac, fig, arak and more. Standout creations include the Sumac Smack, with sumac that descends the glass; Smoked Fig Old Fashioned, smoked tableside; Arak Sangria, a new interpretation on the traditional sangria; Gringo Peligroso, with Dos Hombres Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro and freshly made ginger syrup; and Bistro Margarita, a zesty sip with Casamigos Reposado, freshly crushed watermelon, lime and jalapeño.
- Craft Hookah: Home to Las Vegas’ first curated craft hookah program, Pine Bistro boasts classic smoke blends like Double Apple, White Gummy and Peach Ice. For a twist, guests can elevate their hookah by infusing spirits into the base, choosing from delicious flavors like Watermelon Mojito or Boozy Berry, or opt for a refreshing mocktail alternative.
- Mediterranean-Inspired Bites: Dig into menu highlights such as the Falafel Wrap, with fried chickpea croquettes, tahini, tomatoes, pickles and onions all served in a pita wrap; The Pine Burger, crafted with a Kafta burger, arugula, pickles, honey signature Bistro spread on a brioche bun; and Bistro Wings, smothered in mild habanero seasoning and honey.
Reverse Happy Hour is available Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 p.m. to close and Friday, Saturday 10 p.m. to close.
