with a Specialty Football-Themed Cocktail
The Big Game is coming to the Las Vegas Strip and Piero’s Italian Cuisine, the treasured Las Vegas fine dining restaurant located at 355 Convention Center Dr., will invite football fans to cheer on their favorite teams with a spirited championship-inspired cocktail, available exclusively from Thursday, Feb. 1 to Sunday, Feb. 11.
The beloved Italian restaurant, which has remained an institution where celebrities, sports legends and public figures gather for great food and company since 1982, will honor the inaugural Las Vegas game with a specialty cocktail, “Sportsmanlike Conduct.” Priced at $20, the libation is crafted using Bacardi, Campari, fresh lime juice and pineapple. In addition, Piero’s serves an array of exceptional cocktails and martinis, and boasts one of the city’s largest wine collections.
Fans can visit Piero’s during the Big Game weekend for an unforgettable dining experience before, during and after the game. Signature dishes include Sunday gravy featuring rigatoni, meatballs, Italian sausage and ricotta, priced at $43; agnolotti, which is handmade every day in house with spinach, ricotta and alfredo sauce, priced at $29; grilled 16-ounce veal chop with olive oil and roasted garlic, priced at $65; and osso buco, which has been on the menu since 1982, priced at $62.
Located directly off the Las Vegas Strip adjacent to the Convention Center, the stand-alone fine dining establishment is one of Las Vegas’ longest running, family-owned Italian restaurants.
