Piero’s Italian Cuisine is celebrating the playoff hockey season with a specialty cocktail that will intercept the senses and score big on flavor. The iconic restaurant honors the home team by serving its Knights on Fire specialty cocktail, available throughout the year. Created by Piero’s wine director, Pat Rost, the celebratory drink is crafted using Ilegal Mezcal, lemon, ginger syrup and hot honey, served over ice, priced at $30.
Piero’s offers an exceptional dining experience with traditional Italian cuisine that complements their vast wine and cocktail selection. Revered signature dishes include rigatoni Bolognese with parmesan, black pepper and red wine, priced at $39; Glory Bay salmon piccata accompanied by lemon, caper and parsley, priced at $49; and linguine and clams made with middle neck clams, white wine, garlic and broth, priced at $43.
