The Valley to Vegas: Spring Concert Series came to a close last night (Friday, April 18) with a psychedelic performance from indie-rock trio Foster The People at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Boulevard Pool
Special guest Young & Sick kicked things off before Foster The People took the stage, remarked how great it was to be back in Las Vegas and launched the crowd into an evening featuring numbers from their recently released album, Supermodel, including “Are You What You Want To Be?” and “Coming of Age” as well as hits such as “Miss You” and “Call It What You Want” from their debut album, Torches. During the middle of the set, lead singer Mark Foster thanked the boisterous crowd, expressing his appreciation for everyone from Las Vegas locals to those that traveled a long way to get to the show.
The show marks the final performance in the Valley to Vegas: Spring Concert Series, an unparalleled eight-day entertainment experience that offers guests the opportunity to see some of the most-talked about artists live at the most unique resort amidst the avant-garde venue The Chelsea and the energetic social scene of Boulevard Pool.
