Soul sensation Aloe Blacc brought the rhythm and blues to the Boulevard Pool last night (Thursday, April 25) officially kicking off the Set Your Life To Music Thursday concert series. Singing the audience into a frenzy, Blacc sang through most of 2010’s Good Things, including his top-selling hit, “I Need a Dollar,” while mixing hip hop with the classic styles of Motown, soul and jazz.

As the sun sets over The Strip each Thursday night, the Boulevard Pool deck comes to life with the energy of Las Vegas during the Set Your Life to Music series. From the aroma of the outdoor grills to the sounds of hand-crafted cocktails being stirred, guests can revel in the spirit of music at the intimate outdoor venue. Doors open at 7 p.m. with celebrated DJ Mike Attack spinning before headliners take the stage at 9 p.m.
