THOMAS RHETT’S DOUBLE NO. ONE PARTY IS A FAMILY AFFAIR CELEBRATING TWO CHART-TOPPERS

ACM Awards “Male Vocalist of the Year” nominee Thomas Rhett brought together close family and friends yesterday (3/1) at Nashville’s vintage arcade bar Kung Fu Saloon, to celebrate his chart-toppers “T–Shirt” and “Star Of The Show” off his sophomore album TANGLED UP DELUXE (The Valory Music Co.).

First joined by “T-Shirt” songwriters Ashley Gorley, Luke Laird and Shane McAnally, the reputable group toasted to Thomas Rhett’s six consecutive No. One and its PLATINUM status, during the ASCAP and BMI co-hosted event. To commemorate his seventh career No. One “Star Of The Show,” Thomas Rhett was joined by co-writer Ben Hayslip and his father/co-writer Rhett Akins. Thomas Rhett and Akins are the only father-son co-write to ever top the Country Billboard radio charts.

Thomas Rhett is “always thinking outside the box and knocking it out of the park each time” (CMT). Filled with party anthems, dance tunes, drinking songs and love ballads, the 18-track TANGLED UP DELUXE. The album also includes his 2X PLATINUM six-week chart-topping smash “Die A Happy Man,” which has garnered major trophies from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, Billboard Music Awards, CMT Music Awards and his first-ever GRAMMY nomination for “Best Country Song.” One of Rolling Stone’s most anticipated tours of this year just became more explosive as Thomas Rhett recently extended his first-ever headlining 2017 HOME TEAM TOUR, which is tallying sold out shows across the country.
