AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, the boutique neighborhood eatery and wine shop within the vibrant 40-acre campus of UnCommons, is serving up their simple yet flavorful spaghetti and meatballs featuring house-made meatballs, topped with red sauce and fresh basil, priced at $28. This comforting favorite can be paired with house-made focaccia, seasonal cocktails and wines from AMARI’s expertly curated selection. The restaurant is open from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 3 p.m. daily for lunch – takeout and delivery only.
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch is an ageless restaurant that offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare. Bottiglia is led by Executive Chef Alessandro Capuano, whose Italian roots and family recipes inspire every dish down to their classic spaghetti and meatballs, crafted with a San Marzano tomato sauce and meatballs made with pork and beef, topped with shaved parmesan cheese, priced at $27. Bottiglia also offers vegan spaghetti bolognese, featuring vegan sausage, San Marzano tomato and chickpea bolognese and vegan parmesan, priced at $29. Bottiglia is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch and 4 to 10 p.m. for dinner on Saturday.

Specializing in Italian-American comfort food, the menu features beloved dishes inspired by the food Michelin star chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi ate growing up, including the classic spaghetti and meatballs, made with pasta imported from Naples, Italy, and topped with a rich tomato sauce and juicy meatballs, priced at $19.
