PBR Rock Bar & Grill Returns to Its Roots
with New Menu and Venue Refurbish

Restaurant’s new dishes and updated interior creates the
ultimate country western and family-friendly dining experience

Las Vegas’ very own PBR Rock Bar & Grill (PBR Rock Bar) recently completed an interior renovation of its sprawling 16,800 square-foot venue and added new additions to its menu, famous for classic American comfort food and barbeque served around-the clock. The new menu and venue refresh pay homage to the inspiration behind the brand by blending country western, rock n’ roll, the energy and excitement of America’s original extreme sport, and great food to create a can’t-miss, family-friendly dining experience on the Strip.

“We really wanted to bring PBR Rock Bar back to basics on what we felt the brand represented and that’s country, rock n’ roll, food and family,” said Jonathan Fine, Owner of PBR Rock Bar & Grill. “While PBR Rock Bar is renowned for its night life and entertainment, the updates to our interior allowed us to transform the venue from a bar atmosphere to a more refined, restaurant experience open to all ages.”

To create a polished aesthetic, the picnic tables inside PBR Rock Bar’s main dining room were removed and replaced with 14 booths, evoking a more restaurant-like feel. In addition, wood paneling was added throughout the venue and the infamous hydraulic mechanical bull was relocated to inside Rock Bar, resulting in a more open and versatile main dining room area. Culminating the restaurant’s new look is the addition of a 700-pound Mason Jar chandelier and four new high-definition TVs, exhibiting major sports, including PBR Rock Bar & Grill’s namesake, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), which competes in Las Vegas each May and holds its World Finals on the strip at nearby T-Mobile Arena.

PBR Rock Bar’s new menu includes the addition of 19 dishes, highlighting an eclectic blend of bar bites, entrées, side dishes, desserts and breakfast items. Notable favorites such as the Double Trouble Burger – voted the biggest burger in the country by USA Today – as well as mac n’ cheese bites and milkshakes remain staple items on the menu. A complete list of new dishes includes:

  • Beef medallions
  • Fried pickle spears
  • Chicken noodle soup
  • Soup of the day
  • Grilled salmon salad
  • Margherita pizza
  • Baked Ziti
  • Cowboy Rib-eye
  • Lemon herb chicken
  • BBQ meatloaf
  • Chicken pot pie
  • Grilled chicken or fresh salmon
  • Brown sugar berry French toast
  • Brisket breakfast burrito
  • Breakfast pizza
  • Chicken & waffles
  • Ice cream sundae
  • Ultimate chocolate cake
  • Potato chips

“PBR Rock Bar has a come as you are atmosphere where there’s something for everyone,” said Tony Reyes, general manager of PBR Rock Bar & Grill. “The new menu additions are a great reflection of this concept and include several dishes that couple different types of cuisine with bold flavors to bring our guests a truly unique culinary experience.”
