Pasta Cucina, located inside Sunset Station Hotel and Casino, will soon become a can’t-miss brunch destination as the Henderson favorite announced today an all-new Sunday brunch offering. Beginning Sunday, Feb. 5, the classic Italian restaurant will welcome guests to enjoy an authentic daytime feast as they indulge in delectable menu offerings and take in the stunning European-inspired atmosphere.
The new brunch menu will be offered the first Sunday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Restaurant-goers will be in for a treat as the extensive menu puts an Italian twist on traditional brunch fare with selections including a pancetta and egg florentine flatbread, lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes, seasonal baked goods, and more. Additionally, guests will be welcome to enjoy tasty cocktails including bloody Marys, bottomless mimosas and sangria.
