Mixed-Reality Immersive Experience Offers Four-Course Dining Package at
The Pepper Club in Las Vegas Arts District
“Particle Ink: Speed of Dark,” the otherworldly experience bringing visitors through a portal into the 2.5th dimension, announces a four-course dinner and show package with The Pepper Club by James Beard Award-winning Chef Todd English, available now.
Located inside The English Hotel, The Pepper Club is an all-new Asian Ocean fusion and Sushi Bar restaurant within the artfully designed boutique hotel. During the four-course dining experience, guests are invited to indulge in a variety of fusion dishes created by the culinary legend.
After dining at one of the newest restaurants in the Las Vegas Arts District, guests will walk directly across the street to enjoy “Particle Ink: Speed of Dark,” the original, immersive mixed-reality experience. Revealing a rupture in the Particle Ink Metaverse, where the virtual world blends into the physical world, the experience invites visitors to explore an abandoned warehouse containing a portal into the 2.5th dimension. Sprung from the inventive minds of The LightPoets, “Speed of Dark” is a mind-bending installation with live performances, street art and imaginative, never-before-seen interactive technology.
“As the Las Vegas Arts District continues to grow and thrive, it is exciting to bring a new collaboration to the neighborhood,” said Todd English, partner and master chef, English Hospitality Group. “We were blown away by the innovation of ‘Particle Ink: Speed of Dark’ when we saw it and think it’s a great compliment to the one-of-a-kind experience we’re creating at The Pepper Club.”
The dinner-show package will be available for $120 per person, including tax, gratuities and show tickets. The four-course prix-fixe dinner experience menu includes:
First Course (choice of one):
- Miso Soup – Tofu, Wakame, scallions, Shimeji mushrooms
- Pallet Town – Spring mix, shaves heirloom carrots, cherry tomatoes, fried wontons
- Cesar Sama Salad – Tofu dressing, Little Gem romaine, cucumbers, Bubu Arare, freshly grated parmesan
Second Course (choice of one):
- Taco Belle – Teriyaki, short ribs, serrano chilis, spicy citrus slaw, micro cilantro
- Otakurama – Shrimp tempura, cucumber, Unagi, avocado, Masago, spicy aioli, Sriracha, Unagi sauce, Goma
- Kanpaccio – Serrano chilis, cherry tomatoes, passion fruit Shoyu, red onions, micro greens
Main Course (choice of one):
- Sashimi Platter – 10 pieces of assorted Sashimi
- Ghengis Short Ribs – Black pepper teriyaki, fingerling potatoes, pearl onions, broccolini, pineapple
- The Fun Guy – Mushroom fried rice, vegetable medley
Dessert:
- Crème Brûlée
The prix fixe dinner package is available on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays; Sundays and Mondays have a 6 p.m. dinner with 8 p.m. show and Fridays have a 5 p.m. dinner with a 7 p.m. show.
