Black Friday Shoppers a Dining Discount
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will offer its own type of Black Friday deal – a 10% discount on the food check with a same-day receipt from any Downtown Summerlin store, available exclusively on Friday, Nov. 29. The Black Friday offer is not valid with any other offers or coupons and is subject to management’s approval.
The discount can be used to refuel for round two of shopping or recounting a successful spree with signature shareables such as Pancho’s nachos layered with beans and cheddar and Jack cheeses, topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole for $18.95; or the taquitos dorados, five crispy taquitos filled with spiced shredded beef or chicken, sprinkled with Cotija cheese and served with guacamole, sour cream and Pancho’s salsa verde especial for $17.95.
The offer is also valid on entrées like the Birria Chef Ramón, cuts of beef marinated with special herbs and guajillo chiles, then oven-roasted to tender perfection and served in its own broth accompanied by onions, cilantro, limes and a traditional house-made sauce; or the enchiladas de mole, corn tortillas filled and rolled with shredded chicken and topped with a traditional red mole poblano sauce made with ancho and pasilla chiles, sesame seeds and sprinkled Cotija cheese.
