The evening will begin with Pancho’s signature guacamole, served with warm corn tostaditas, setting the stage for a flavorful dining experience. For the main course, lovebirds can enjoy both tacos de pollo asado, made with seasoned grilled chicken, and tacos de carne asada, prepared with tender flat iron steak. Each taco dish is served in two soft corn tortillas, overflowing with crisp lettuce, shredded cheeses and fresh pico de gallo with a side of rice and beans, allowing couples to savor a variety of flavors together. No romantic celebration is complete without a decadent dessert. The evening will finish on a sweet note with Pancho’s churros, dusted with cinnamon and sugar, and filled with cajeta, a rich Mexican caramel sauce. To toast the evening, the dinner includes a Pancho’s margarita for each person, crafted with Campo Azul, house lemon-lime mix and triple sec. Priced at $117 per couple, this special menu is designed to ignite the senses with bold flavors and handcrafted drinks, creating a memorable Valentine’s Day filled with love, laughter and delicious moments.
