Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will toast to Halloween and Dia de los Muertos with a festive cocktail, ‘Spooky Peach’, available to all gals and ghouls on Thursday, Oct. 31.

 

The smoky cocktail is prepared with El Silencio Mezcal Espadin, peach puree, fresh jalapeno and sweet and sour, priced at $10.75.

 

Plus, happy hour will be available from 2 until 7 p.m. with a discount on select appetizers including Pancho’s nachos, made with toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, then covered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole, with a choice or chicken or beef; sopa de albondigas, made with meatballs, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions and signature spices; and taquitos dorados, five crispy taquitos filled with spiced shredded beef or chicken, served flauta style, garnished with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream, accompanied with Pancho’s salsa verde especial and sprinkled with Cotija cheese. Drink specials include $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails and house wines.
